Any athlete who was not able to attend the Awards Ceremony, please stop by the Athletic Department and pick up your award!

Study table will be held today from 3:15 to 5:15 in D108.

Girls:  if you are interested in running girls’ cross country next fall, please plan to attend the Girls’ Cross Country Call-Out meeting on Monday, May 20th at 3:30.  The meeting will take place in the film room of the field house and will only last about 15 minutes.

Do you want to eat at one of the best restaurants on the planet?  Would you like to tour famous castles and palaces in Germany and Austria?  See the ships roll in in Switzerland?  The hills are alive….with the sounds of STUDENTS!!  To learn more about this once in a lifetime chance to embark on an unforgettable journey with Mr. Carter, Mr. Tuxhorn, and Mr. Proctor, come to the information and enrollment session in A105 at 3:15 on Wednesday, May 22nd.  Parents are highly encouraged to join and snacks will be provided.

Attention Ben Davis students and staff:  Don’t forget to come out Saturday and Sunday to the Chapel Hill Center track to support Relay for Life starting at 9am.  There will be many different activities and tons of food.  There will also be a dunk tank where you can dunk a teacher, coach, principal, or even the superintendent starting at Noon!  Come have lots of fun and support a great cause.  We are looking forward to seeing you there on Saturday.

Donate your spare change today to the cafeteria crew who will gladly accept it for the Relay for Life Cancer Walk.   Today is the last day!!  Anything you can spare is appreciated.

Seniors who have been invited to the Evening of Excellence and do NOT plan to attend need to let their counselor or Mrs. Mattingly know.  You MUST inform your counselor TODAY if you do not plan to attend the May 30th Evening of Excellence.

Prom pictures are available in the Main Office.  Stop by during lunch to pick them up today!

Seniors:  Is your name always a challenge to pronounce?  Do people often say it wrong or stumble over it?  Don’t let that happen to you on Graduation!  See your friendly neighborhood graduation name readers, Mr. Easter in S104 or Mr. Montgomery in the Theater, to make sure we say your name correctly! Please take a minute to see them today!!

Christamore House located at 502 N. Tremont will be hosting a summer camp from June 17th through July 26th for students ages 3 through 15.  Focus of the camp will be a Postsecondary readiness and preparation for careers in Science, Technology and Math.  For more information please contact Christamore at 635-7211.

The lady giants softball team ended their regular season last night losing to #9 ranked Hamilton Southeastern 11 to 3.  They will take on the winner of Perry Meridian and Decatur Central in sectionals on Wednesday at 5:00 at Holder Field.  Good luck lady giants!
