Information
- The 2012 Prom will be held at the Convention Center in the 500 Ballroom (downtown) on May 5th, 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- This event is a Black Tie which means a tuxedo for the men and a formal dress for the ladies. This dress code is enforced so if the students want to be admitted, they must follow the Black Tie dress code. View formal attire details.
- Non-Ben Davis Guests--If you would like to bring a date from another school, they will need to be approved by their home school and BD Assistant Principal, Mr. Eaton. You can get these Dance Guest Permission Forms from the main office or download form here. You will NOT be able to purchase your guest's ticket until one of these completed forms is presented to the ticket sellers--NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Cost of tickets (priced includes admission to Post Prom):
Couples: $50.00
Singles: $25.00 - Parking: Mall Garages (does have separate cost)
NOTE: Student ID must be shown at time of purchase.
- Post Prom Information--When you check in at Prom you will receive a wrist bracelet that will allow you access to Post Prom. Activities at this year's Post Prom will include a dance floor with DJ, party games, swimming, and MPA events. Post Prom will be from 12:00 a.m. - 2:30 a.m. Doors will close at 12:30 a.m. NO pass outs so if you leave, you will NOT be permitted back in to Post Prom.
- Prom Pictures--Pictures you purchase at prom will be available in Ms. Helft's room in B108. Listen for announcements as to when they are available to pick up.
