Keys for Success
As a successful student, you should:- Bring agenda book, notebook, paper, pencil or pen, and other materials necessary to class daily.
- Participate in class, listen well, and take part in discussions.
- Ask questions if you do not understand the discussion or if a problem exists.
- Understand and record your assignments before leaving class in this planner.
- Schedule time for homework each day.
- Be present daily or have a parent call and tell us that you are sick.
- Resolve conflicts peacefully.
- Listen to all adults for directions to success.
- Memorize your Roots and Stems, then use those to undertand new words.
- Cooperate with other students and adults.
- Take pride in yourself and your work.
- Always strive to do your best.
