The Indiana Department of Education released its latest graduation data today, and the MSD of Wayne Township continues to make gains. Check out this story from Fox 59, which mentions both Ben Davis University High School (best in the state!) and the district's overall rate, which continues to climb.

« Ben Davis - Business Professionals of America National Champions
These students represented the Ben Davis High School Business Professionals of America and the state of Indiana at the organization's national competition. They are 2012 national champions. Their advisors are Ben Davis teachers Jen Petersen, Debbie Davidson, Tina Waechter, Barb Lyter, and Debbie Diss.
Westlake Elementary - Team Reading »
Students read in teams at Westlake Elementary. After they've read, the partners talk about what's in their book. Teachers provide questions to guide their thinking.

« Chapel Glen Elementary - Magnification
Students at Chapel Glen Elementary took part in a magnification project for math class. They each chose a small object, measured it, and then multiplied its dimensions ten times to create a larger object. This helped them learn about measurement in math class.

Ben Davis - Project Lead the Way »
This program fosters STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering , and Math) education. At the Ben Davis High School Area 31 Career Center, students use robotics to assemble a toll booth arm.
