Indy West Conference Center Information
Indy West Conference Center pricing is $1,115.00/day plus a $400 fully refundable damage deposit. The Damage Deposit will be refunded after your event provided there are no damages to the facility. We provide a host to be with you during your event - at no additional charge - to manage all the equipment, troubleshoot any problems, check restrooms for supplies during the course of the day.Indy West Conference Center comfortably seats 450 people with round tables. Rectangle tables are available, but may be subject to a re-set charge.
Indy West Conference Center prices are based on an 8-hour time-frame (Room setup and take down time is included.) Additional time over 8 hours will be billed at $150.00 per hour.

Malone's Catering is our exclusive caterer at the Conference Center. Please click here to check their menus and prices. You can bring in your own cake provided it is prepared by a licensed baker. All other items (food, alcohol, etc.) must be purchased from Malone's Catering.
