Honor a Colleague
Recognize a colleague who has gone above and beyond this year!
The Wayne Township Education Foundation invites you to honor a colleague by making a minimum contribution of $10.00 to the Wayne Township Education Foundation. All contributions are tax-deductible. Your gift will directly benefit the Wayne Youth Fund which provides grants to students.
For your contribution, the Foundation will send your honored colleague a congratulatory note. The note will express thanks and explain to him or her that a contribution has been made in his or her honor. You also have the opportunity to write a personal message that can be included with the card.
Complete this form by the end of the school year and return to the Foundation through the Pony. Your special recognition to your colleague will be delivered during the last week of school. If you have questions call the Foundation at 988-7966.
