Wayne Township Community Theatre provides diverse community theatre opportunities with family-friendly appeal. It is the goal of the program to provide a positive theatre experience for children and adults as they explore their talents, quality theatre for the community and a family of patrons to support the program and the Wayne Township Education Foundation. The Wayne Township Education Foundation sponsors Wayne Township Community Theatre, creating a unique working relationship between volunteers and an established community effort. All proceeds from the shows, in turn support programs of the Wayne Township Education Foundation.
New this year, the Wayne Township Community Theatre will be hosting Kids Theater Winter Break Camps. After two successful years of summer break camps, WTCT has decided to add camps during the school year break schedule. All students ages 5-14 are able to attend. Four one-day camps are scheduled with themes including: Musical Theater, Improvisation, Audition Preparation and Acting. All camp registrations include a nominal fee.
