- Complete our Out-of-District Transfer Application directly online.
- Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation from forms-receipts-noreply@google.com
- Please check your spam folder for this confirmation email
Option 2: Email Submission

- Complete all required fields
- Email the completed application to rita.riggs@wayne.k12.in.us with "25/26 OODT" in the subject line

What if we missed the Out of District enrollment window?
If you missed the application window for the upcoming school year, we encourage you to revisit our website next March to apply for the following school year.
