Free Fall Immunization Clinics Offered

M.S.D. of Wayne Township And Indiana Immunization Coalition Partner to Host Immunization Clinics

What:
M.S.D. of Wayne Township is proud to partner with Indiana Immunization Coalition to host three immunization clinics for school-age children and members of the community.

Who:
School-aged children are invited to attend, as well as parents, grandparents, siblings, and anyone else who may need a vaccine. All recommended immunizations from birth the adulthood are offered.

Families are encouraged to register in advance to save time! Walk-ins are also welcome.

Additional information:

There is no cost to you. Please bring your insurance cards if you have one because Indiana Immunization accepts and bills all insurance (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid). If your insurance does not cover the vaccine or requires a copay, there will be no out-of-pocket cost to you. There is no cost to those without insurance, except for the Shingles vaccine.

Children who participate will be vaccinated with all CDC-recommended vaccines. The coalition will consult the state immunization registry to assess the immunization needs of each child. If you would like to refuse a specific vaccine, please contact the Indiana Immunization Coalition at least 48 hours prior to the event: clinic@vaccinateindiana.org or call 317-628-7116.
