School Immunization Clinic 7.24.23

 

What: M.S.D. of Wayne Township is proud to partner with Indiana Immunization Coalition to host a back-to-school immunization clinic to administer immunizations to school-age children and members community.

 

When: July 24, 2023 4-6 p.m. Where: McClelland Elementary 6740 W. Morris St., Indianapolis, IN 46241

 

Who: Children entering kindergarten through high school are invited to attend, as well as parents, grandparents, siblings, and anyone else who may need a vaccine. All recommended immunizations from birth the adulthood are offered. Register: Families are encouraged to register in advance to save time! Walk-ins are also welcome.

 

 

Additional information: There is no cost to you. The Indiana Immunization accepts and bills all insurance (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid). There is no cost to those without insurance. If your insurance does not cover the vaccine or requires a copay, the coalition will absorb that cost. Children who participate will be vaccinated with all CDC-recommended vaccines. The coalition will consult the state immunization registry to assess the immunization needs of each child.
